Please read our FAQ before sending us a message.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund (excluding delivery charge) within 28 days of delivery or collection – provided the items are new and unused, with all labels and tags intact and in their original packaging. Please note that you are liable to pay for the return delivery.
Once we have received your items, we will process your refund within 3 working days.
We do NOT accept returns for any purchases made in person, such as: Appointments, Events & Pop-Up Stores.
We do NOT accept returns on any Made to Measure garments.
Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the returns address.
Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you an Order Confirmation email as well as an email to let you know when we’ve dispatched your order. We send all orders using secure services with Royal Mail.
